Ability Plumbing are so confident that our workmanship is top quality we guarantee every single job we undertake. On completion of the job the engineer we provide the customer with our written guarantee. For general repairs or where parts have been changed/replaced on existing pipework the guarantee period will be up to 100 days. For complete new installations were new pipework has been installed we provide a 12 months guarantee. Upgrades can be given depending on the circumstances and the area the work is completed.

All Materials provided and purchased by us on the behalf of the customer will be covered by the manufactures guarantee. Ability Plumbing do not warranty any parts or products we only guarantee our workmanship. In the event of a faulty part/product Ability will do our best to follow up with the manufacture.

It is very important to call Ability Plumbing Ltd as soon as you notice any problems with our workmanship, it is also very important that our workmanship is not tampered with by anyone other than us, as this could invalidate your guarantee. We employ fully trained service managers, who will visit your home promptly and inspect the work carried out by us. We will than advise you the most appropriate course of action and being work immediately if you agree.

Any defects which arise outside the companies standard guarantee period may incour a charge.
