Ability Plumbers provide a full 12 month written guarantee on all new installations and a 3 month guarantee on all repairs or when parts have been replaced or provided. In certain cases guarantees can be upgraded to 2 years depending on the area and the types of installation. All of our terms and conditions, including our full written guarantee can be found on our website and on the back of all our invoices.

All materials and products purchased by us are covered by full manufacturers warrantees and our labour is backed by our own guarantee of workmanship that is second to none. We also undertake to take up customer complaints or queries with manufacturers whenever possible.

We employ fully trained Control managers, who will call free of charge to inspect work and advise customers on the most appropriate course of action, where required.

Any defects arising from faulty installation or repair work, that may require rectification, and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customers earliest possible convenience.
Problems which arise outside the companies standard guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at the companies discretion.
