Our charges

Our company charges are based on the quality and reliability of our engineers, we do not charge any call out fees, day or night. Also there are no hidden charges, the rate you see is the rate you pay, it`s as simple as that!

Rates

Work is charged per hour. All rates exclude VAT, the costs of materials, parking and the congestion charge.

Fixed Price

Quotations are available from our engineers or we will be happy to book an appointment for an estimat or to assess your job.

Estimates

Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. If you accept our quotation any previous charge made will be deducted from the final invoice. Estimates are generally non refundable.

Materials

Materials supplied by ability plumbers will be charged at cost plus handling fee. In the rare event we do not have your part onboard, we will use the closest available supplier to your address to source the part for you, the time taken to collect the part will be chargeable.

Payment

Payment must be made in full by credit card, debit card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
